Turnover

There has been a fair bit of turnover recently in FMC's IT department.  A mixture of new hires and old hires have fled the fold, which has caused a few raised eye brows and comments around the group.  Hopefully our upcoming global IT meeting can help regroup and invigorate the group!

Having said that though, this particular turnover cycle takes the biscuit:

• Meet new account executive for our software reseller.
• Find out two weeks later he has moved to Microsoft, and been appointed as FMC's account executive, replacing our long standing account executive.
• One month later he is no longer with Microsoft, and now we have no account executive at the moment!

Change is a good thing right?
