It's been a long time since I reviewed a beer, so here goes...

It's that time of year again, when the micro breweries bring out their Oktoberfest inspired types.

Victory Beers can always be counted on to brew a good beer, and this one is no exception.  It is called Festbier.

This beer has a great colour and taste.  Very smooth, but with a good malty flavour - it has to be drunk from a glass and not the bottle to really appreciate the colour and taste.  It goes down very easily, and is perfect accompaniment to the cooler weather.  I recommend this beer very highly, to anyone who enjoys a beer with a good hoppy, malty, yet smooth taste!!!

Next Door Neighbour rating: I've not had chance to offer this one yet, and based on how well my better half and I are enjoying them, I doubt we will!
