Life in the Spotlight!

Well, thanks to Ed's recent referral, I saw a sudden surge of activity in the blog!!

Most surprisingly, my bosses saw Ed's post and came to talk to me about it.  They were both interested in whether I knew Ed was going to make that post (I did not!), and why would Ed be looking at my blog in the first place (I guess Ed will have to answer that one),  I just responded - "I am a man of opinion, so people take note!!!!"  Got a laugh out of that.

It also gave me a good opportunity to explain what plazes is.  Both seemed to be interested, especially in the social implications of such a network.

I recommend using the .NET based version of the plaze client, due to the added functionality added (see below)



Several of my colleagues have also set themselves up with a plazes account, and looking at the some of the recent accounts added in plazes, it looks like Ed's post caused a fair few others to sign up too.  Maybe we will see more plazes awareness information included other peoples blogs soon.
